The Call

“…I now send you. To open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.” Acts 26:17b-18

Salvation Message
“God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23
Jesus said “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6
“that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in Your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans 10: 9-10
“Therefore, if anyone is in (believed and accepted Jesus Christ as the resurrected Son of God) Christ Jesus, he is a new creation, old things have passed away, behold all things have become new.” II Corinthians 5:17
“For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”
II Corinthians 5:21
God created man in His image with a spirit, soul, and body and a will to make decisions. God’s purpose was to have a relationship with man that was full of life and love. Man’s disobedience caused a separation with the relationship that he had with God. God continued to seek relationship with men through blood covenants. The only perfect sacrifice would be that of a sinless creation that would have a will to choose. Because of His Love, God gave Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, to mankind as that perfect sacrifice. He was the promise of God made into flesh, born of a virgin, sinless and in all ways obeyed God. He was the salvation for the world in spirit, soul, and body. It was through Jesus’ obedience to carry the wages of sin of mankind, to be crucified upon the cross, to die and be buried, and on the third day resurrected by the power of God’s Holy Spirit so all that believe could share eternal life with God. We choose to accept the gift of Love or reject it. Acceptance is eternal life and rejection is eternal death or separation from God.
It is a simple declaration that each person must make by believing in their hearts and confessing out loud with their mouth.
Pray with sincerity this prayer,
“Father God, because of Your Love for me, I repent of my sin and believe that You sent Your Son, Jesus Christ, to shed His blood to cleanse me of all my sin and that He was buried and rose again on the third day and is living at the right hand of the Father in heaven. I now receive that forgiveness and ask Jesus Christ to come into my life and be my Savior and Lord bringing me back into right standing with You. I now believe that I am a new creation in Christ Jesus and that old things are passed away and behold all things are new. I now commit to communicate with You on a daily basis and learn from Your Holy Spirit as He teaches and guides me into the truth of Your Holy Scriptures. Thank You, Father, that I am now born again and that You have come to give me life and life more abundantly, redeeming my life from destruction, giving to me eternal life, and loving me as Your child.”
